When you purchase a digital product (printable, PDF, template, or guide) from Kinflow, you are not purchasing the copyright to the work. You are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for Personal Use Only.

You May:

• Download the file to your personal computer or mobile device.

• Print an unlimited number of copies for your own personal household use.

• Print copies for use within a single classroom (if you are a teacher) or immediate family gathering.

You May NOT:

• Resell: You may not resell the digital file or the printed finished product.

• Redistribute: You may not share the file via email, USB, social media, file-sharing sites, or any other digital means with friends, family outside your household, or third parties.

• Modify for Commercial Use: You may not edit, alter, or use elements of the design to create new works for commercial sale.

• POD: You may not upload the file to "Print on Demand" services (like Redbubble, Zazzle, or Amazon KDP).

Digital Product Delivery

• Immediate Access: Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link.

• Download Limits: Download links may expire after 30 days or be limited to 5 download attempts to prevent abuse. Please save your files immediately upon purchase.

Digital Goods Policy

Due to the immediate, intangible nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, Kinflow does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital items.

Exceptions

We want you to be happy with your organizational tools. We may offer a refund or store credit under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

• Technical Failure: The file is corrupt, damaged, or technically defective, and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement within 48 hours of being notified.
